Barry, co-owner of CENTURY 21 Spectrum Realty, is just a “Farm boy from Iowa”, and he brings a no-nonsense approach to real estate.  He moved to the White Mountains 25 years ago, where he and his family are very active in the community.  Barry stays busy selling real estate, coaching Show Low high school softball, hosting a local charity golf tournament and being a member of the Elks lodge.  

In 2006 he earned the very prestigious CENTURY 21 Centurion award, finishing 32nd in sales for the entire Southwest region and CENTURY 21 Spectrum Realty “Salesman of the Year”.  Barry remains focused, finishing 2007 with another CENTURY 21 Centurion award.  He has started 2008 by receiving a "Fine Homes and Estates" designation from CENTURY 21.

Trent, a surfer from Southern California, discovered the White Mountains while on vacation in 2003.  He and his wife were swept up by the small town charm and relocated here in 2005. 

Since then he has been busy selling real estate and committing himself to refining his skills.  In 2005 Trent joined the CENTURY 21 Multi-Million Dollar Club as well as, becoming CENTURY 21 Spectrum Realty  "Rookie of the Year".   He continued his success with "50 Sides Closed in 50 Weeks" and a 2006 CENTURY 21 Master Ruby award.  2007 was busier than ever, as he received his GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute), from the National Association of REALTORS, CCS (Certified Commercial Specialist) from the Arizona Society of Commercial Specialists, as well as, a “Commercial” and a ”Fine Homes and Estates” designations from CENTURY 21. He has started off 2008 by receiving his e-PRO from the National Association of Realtors.
